Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.

  Ship It Sustainably

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
